Pinay Playmate Gwen Wong is of mixed Chinese, Scottish, Irish, Spanish, Australian, and Filipino descent. She was born in Manila and ended up in the US when she was 7. I guess “Gwen Lipscomb” didn’t sound exotic enough back in the day, so “Gwen Wong” was born. In addition to being PotM back in ’67, Gwen appeared in layouts several more times. She also appeared in a low budget horror picture, 1969′s The Witchmaker, her only acting credit (she appears at 1:15:55—no lines and no use of her assets). Gwen has worked as an artist for decades now, specializing in body casting.
